About Me:

Jessica Carr is the Director of the Sierra Small Business Development Center at Sierra Business Council. Jessica accelerates innovative solutions in rural economic development by working directly with companies to provide technical assistance and collaborating with community partners on targeted, effective programming. She loves supporting the small business community in a variety of ways and also serves on the Truckee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Jessica loves her job working to strengthen rural economies, and for work/life balance you can usually find her somewhere outside with her husband and two kids!
