About Me:
Clint Koble (ko-blee) has been active in the service industry most of his life. After spending almost 20 years in the fitness industry, he spent 7 years in the hospitality industry before turning to rural development. In 2009, Clint was appointed as the NV State Director for the USDA by President Obama. From there he ran a strong but unsuccessful run for Congress in NV. Because Clint had worked for the NV SBDC for several years, it was a natural turn to work for the Sierra SBDC when he started spending more time in his Lake Almanor cabin. Clint has run 9 marathons and countless half-marathons. His passions include fitness, traveling, rural development, tourism, recreation, economic development, and poetry.
