About the Presenters

Carrie Ellinwood from SBA’s Sacramento District Office will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

Leslie Williams has a 30 year history in banking, most recently with US Bank in Auburn as the Vice President of the SBA Division. She brings expertise to clients in access to capital, general business, financing, loan readiness, accounting, recordkeeping, and business plan development. Leslie specializes in general business consulting for small businesses looking to grow, as well as assisting entrepreneurs looking to start a new business with strategy and structure. In addition to consulting, Leslie works as the Associate Director for the Sierra SBDC, expanding awareness to potential clients all over the region.
