-What are Artisan Foods? A subset of consumer packaged goods, local and regional by nature

-The legal requirements from permitting and licensing

-How to find a kitchen and/or production space

-Goal Setting

-What to consider with packaging, sales and delivery

-Food trends, branding and finding your market

-Promote and connect with buyers, from consumers to restaurants, markets and provisioners
