About the Presenters

Carrie Ellinwood from SBA’s Sacramento District Office will deliver the presentation. Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small businesses and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

Steve Roth is an experienced and well trusted financial lending specialist with the SBDC. Steve specializes in raising venture capital as well as private equity for large investments. Throughout Steve’s impressive and extensive career, he has acquired over 40 years of venture capital and private equity experience. Steve can provide knowledge in both early and late stage investing. Furthermore, Steve Roth has been able to raise over $1 billion for companies and clients. Steve is dedicated to continue to work with clients helping them to raise capital but also expand the potential financing partners and sources of funds.
