- to assist our clients. Meeting
with these consultants is at no cost to SBDC clients.

Panda Morgan
Panda Morgan served as a business consultant for the
Greater Sacramento and Yuba Community College SBDC's for
thirteen years, specializing in writing business plans,
personnel handbooks and marketing strategies. She worked
with clients to assist them in structuring their business
plan and pro forma projections toward the goal of securing

Don Brewer
In addition to his position as Consultant for the Greater
Sierra SBDC, Don is currently the Business Development
Manager for Cypress Home Loan Corp. in Roseville. Don has
over forty years in the retail business.

Douglas A. Freeman
Douglas offers 25 years of experience in all phases of
financial management with high technology, manufacturing,
service and construction companies. Consulting
specialties include business planning, budgeting, cash
management and general business operations. As a
former bank lending officer, he has expertise in the
business loan packaging process.

Lani Lott
Consulting specialties include business planning, market
research, business feasibility, financial projections,
visual merchandising strategies, special event and promotion
planning, image building techniques, storefront and interior
assessments, using technology to build customer loyalty and

Dave can assist you in starting your own business,
